            Congratulations and welcome to the 2010 New York Metro and New York Federation Association Tournaments noted above. In preparation for participation in this year's tournament, you should do the following:

 

            1) Call Tournament Director, Frank Lo Piccolo @ 718-336-7148 for the tournaments listed above

Please be ready to supply the following information:

A) Team Name

B) League Represented

C) Name, Address and Phone Number of Manager

or

             2) Fax the above information to Tournament Director, Frank Lo Piccolo, at (718) 336-6832 or e-mail it to  association@olgaa.com  

             There will be a tournament meeting for all managers as noted below at 8:30 PM, in the Our Lady of Grace Church Basement. Church is located on Avenue W between East 3rd & East 4th Streets. Please use parking lot entrance located in the rear of the church.  Managers must have the following paperwork for this meeting: 

1) Copy of League Team Roster

2) Insurance policy for both general liability and accident insurance. 

No Team will be allowed to play without proof of insurance.

3) Original or notarized copy of original birth certificates for all players. Only Federal, State, County, or City birth certificates will be accepted. All others, including hospital birth certificates, will not be accepted

4) Signed copy of Tournament Intent Agreement

Games will commence as noted on the schedule below. Teams must arrive at least one half (1/2) hour prior to scheduled game times. Official party will consist of eighteen (18) players, one (1) manager, up to three (3) adult coaches. Managers and coaches only will be allowed on the field. No other persons will be allowed on the fields before, during or after games.  

ALL PERSONS IN DUGOUT DURING GAME, INCLUDING MANAGERS AND COACHES, MUST BE IN BASEBALL ATTIRE  (NO SHORTS). THEY ALSO MUST WEAR HELMETS WHEN COACHING THE BASES.

Final Tournament brackets will be distributed at the meeting.
