Reminder to all
Anyone who has previously filled out the paperwork but did not attend the Virtus
Training session needs to attend.
All coaches, division chairmen and referees
must be registered by the Diocesan Safe Environment Office.
Virtus Training Session Tuesday Nov 6 at 7
PM in the gym and they register on
line after the training session.
We need to know which in-house and outside coaches,
assistant coaches and referees will be attending this class no latter than
Saturday evening. This information will be forwarded to the moderator
of the meeting.
Youth league sports associations now require any adult who interacts with children under the age of 18 to annually complete a volunteer application, including references and a copy of your driver's license or non-drivers i.d. The form can be downloaded from this sight or you can complete one in the league office or upcoming coaches meeting.
The Brooklyn Diocese now requires any adult who interacts with children under
the age of 18, be registered to attend a video class before they can coach,
manage or come into contact with minors.
We are asking anyone who plans to coach, manage or umpire to pre-register for a class online at www.Virtusonline.org
